Every phase of your squat will be carefully evaluated to identify strengths, weaknesses, and movement patterns that could impact your performance or increase injury risk.

This service includes you submitting your conventional deadlift videos, and you will receive detailed feedback and targeted exercises to improve your strength, posture and performance -- Personalized for your body. Each phase of your deadlift will be carefully reviewed considering joint angles, bar path, spinal alignment, bracing and tempo that will impact your deadlift performance.

This service includes you submitting your overhead push press or strict press videos, and you will receive a movement analysis with feedback and targeted exercises to improve your strength, posture and performance -- Individualized and specific to you. Fusion of proper form and personalized feedback with those who are completing alternative squats, deadlifts or overhead pressing exercises with use of body weight, bands, kettlebells or dumbbells. This service will provide feedback of your lifting technique and movement patterns. Receive personalized recommendations and supplemental exercises to improve performance and how to progress to barbell lifts.
